First, login to your Manager Account. 


Then, locate the "declined" event and click on the "event name". Use your filter to save time (status = declined). 



Click on the "edit event" button.




Click on the "Open event" icon.



Instead of clicking on the "refresh" button , click on the "delete" button.




Click "delete" again to confirm.




Type in the name of the new BA you are re-assigning the event to.




Then click on the "ADD BA" button.




The name of the BA should appear write after clicking the " ADD BA" button.

And then click "SAVE".



Voila! That's it!
